Swimmingly is an Indie-Folk artist from Oxford, UK. Part of a new generation of Indie Folk artists; his uncompromising vulnerability is infectious, and his gentle voice endlessly endearing. Reminiscent of Bright Eyes, Bon Iver, and Ben Howard, his songs are warm and deeply atmospheric.
With a journey beginning in the cold winter of 2020; he sold his beaten up Renault Clio in order to buy one singular microphone, the same microphone he still uses to this day. Spending nights alone recording his thoughts, and uploading them anonymously online, Swimmingly (as he became known) was perhaps the most surprised of all when overnight thousands upon thousands of people started tuning in. With a success that keeps growing, who knows what comes next for the burgeoning hometown hero.
